While I am neutral on the technology of AI (provided its electricity is green and its data sets are ethically sourced), I am 100% contemptuous of AI "art". I do not use AI in my art in any capacity and I will never loan my talents to promoting such use. Ever. Death before such dishonor. 👹

Years ago a close friend of mine died suddenly. Sometimes I still think of him and feel sad. That feeling has never lessened, not one bit. But over time I've grown larger around it. When grief is fresh you think the pain will kill you, but it is showing you how large your heart can become.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but you deserve friends who treat you with kindness / respect. You deserve friends who assume your intentions are good.
Those friends exist. They're waiting for you, patiently, and won't be upset at the time you took. They'll just be delighted you've arrived.
