He told me a bit of the story, then I got him to do my washing up as he was chilled out, and only then realised I needed to understand the time line!
Let’s hope so, it was quite contained for all it was established, so fingers crossed!

Definitely good to prioritise the things that matter (and Eesha absolutely counts!) Hope you have some help in not having to do the knackering other daily living stuff too much x

That sounds like a good thing to do. :) I have got out of routine and am very aware it’s not good, so I’m hoping the visual accountability will help give me the motivation.

Understandable. I do think they are a great idea, especially for smaller households where ovens are too big for what’s needed most of the time.

I definitely want to explore it more when I’m up there! 😊 Sadly I don’t really have space for one myself unless I get rid of something else, and that’s a tricky one.

Oo yum! I’m staying with Mike and his air fryer for Christmas, hadn’t considered that I could experiment with cakes like that! 😁

I’m hoping that because it’s visual and public (to carers) that it gives me accountability. I also hope once I’ve got two or three days ticked that I’ll be back on track - I just need to break this cycle again.

Understandable, especially when it was a cold morning it’s not acceptable to delay people like that. It’s difficult to be assertive, but definitely is justified in this situation.

Sorry to hear that, that’s horrible. Hope you’re warming up now. I was planning to change trains there in a few weeks, maybe I’ll rethink!

Mine won’t let me do that anymore, they used to but now they’ve taped the box down completely, with large signs which is annoying! Glad other Superdrugs are more understanding!

Other current nationwide free option is at Superdrug pharmacies. But they don’t want “bulk drop offs” so it’s not great if you don’t naturally pass by one on a regular basis.

Turns out this was only a “work out what to do” visit, the actual electrical testing is being done on Friday now. He says I don’t need to clear out the hallway cupboard as they can do it for me, but hmm. Concerned too if they need to check all plug sockets. I wish things wouldn’t knacker me so much.
