I (and other old warriors) have said all this for YEARS. Grantium is indefensible crap, always was. Ditch random-arsed DYCP grants with cryptic criteria and give 500 artists a year unconditional income instead. An individual or small company shouldn't be doing more admin and reporting than the ROH.
