i'm not really sure how to transition back into normal posting after my breakdown but i am going to try and continue to move on, continuing to beat myself up over things i did that i can't change isn't good for my health, for the people i care about i will do my best to grow from this and change

at least at this point everything else that i would have held on to has already been said so all i have to do from now on is just ... be honest about how i feel to people and not hide it ever again, i bet even if i did this today that it would have been less severe

and then even the concept of me feeling terrible begins to get questioned like, "did/do you even care"
but still regardless i know i will eventually get through this and get better, however long that may possibly take, this i can promise, but i would be lying if i said i knew how long it would take

one possible outcome would be me managing to somehow get over everything and stop repeating the same mistakes each time and slowly mend things overtime, although thats not really an option atp

personally i feel like as much as i wish things were back to normal that they would have to stay the way they are because it would be better than living a false reality
