I flew to Atlanta with #DeltaAir on Thursday. It was packed + crazy + the attendant in my section was alone because of a staff shortage.
He was funny, brilliant + exhausted but went above and beyond in every possible way.
His name was Devon.
I wrote to Delta to say how grateful I was.
