One of the problems with schizophrenia is it is hard to treat and it can take some time to find a drug combination that works.
Even if the drugs work they are very hard on the body.
Delusions and hallucinations are hard to fight.
I feel for the providers.

Innocent until proven guilty. His appeal probably won't be paid for by the estate. Also, he has schizophrenia. He will probably plead out.
