I'm honestly not against stopping you from ordering extra extra extra pickles, as the person who habitually kisses you on the mouth, but that's not the point. It's way slower and multinational companies have no place in ordinary marital disputes!!

Bad people can do good things, just like good people can sometimes do bad things. Good and evil is a spectrum like every other aspect of humanity. I do not defend any aspect of these allegations, but we are all complex individuals and none of us can ever truly guess another's motives.

On a more lighthearted note, an old family friend once 'corrected' her five-ish year old daughter with "Don't talk like that, you sound like you're from Heanor". 5yo: "... But I am from Heanor".

When my Dad first came to the UK, people would hear his South African accent and, because apparently they didn't have irony in 1980, discriminate against him on the assumption he must support apartheid. He and his brothers say they now have smack accents, as in "talk properly or I'll smack you".
