I have the theory that The Flash was supposed to be instrumental in setting up James Gunn’s DCU (which is why he was hyping up that movie so much before its release) but then the reception to it was so bad that they decided to not acknowledge the events from the film whatsoever

Finished Season 1 of Long Story Short. Really loved the way the episodes jump back and forth between 3 decades. Makes the characters feel very real. One of my favorite shows in a bit for sure.
