It’s a big part of why I avoid chains. Any place that asks me to rate the service I recieved is a place I don’t go back to. Feels bad knowing the people working there NEED a 5 star rating and have all these ridiculous expectations placed on them

Yeah this would be enough to make me not shop there on two fronts: don’t do that to the employees and also don’t do that to ME
