It is really bizarre how this extortion is covered. Everyone involved acknowledges this is about Trump getting money and a win, not at all about "fixing antisemitism" or whatever BS cover story they use. And everyone just kind of goes along with it...

This was what Skydance's lawyers told the FCC. "Varied ideological perspectives" has proven to mean censorship of anything Trump doesn't like.

Of course, many of us figured he was grifting out of need. The counterintelligence risks here are enormous. Not only does the lack of transparency mean anyone can give him money, the fact that he *needs* the money makes him more vulnerable.
