this week I had to manage a client's suicidal ideation and then a couple days later participated in providing first aid to someone who had overdosed and was unresponsive at a funeral... im so tired

currently sitting in the library at the shops while my partner, her sister, and our niece play games at timezone (arcade place) bc its so loud that even my loop earplugs aren’t enough to drown out the noise 🥲

just finished a book written in the perspective of a woman in her fifties developing early-onset dementia and it was so so good and likely quite accurate in describing what it would be like to live with dementia 5/5 would recommend

worst part is I want to enjoy hanging out with people, but bc of my sensory sensitivities I can’t do loud and busy environments, and what I find enjoyable and sensory friendly most people find boring 😭
Autistic life for me is going into a dark room and lying down on the bed with the door closed after apparently "having a good time" in a social gathering.

I think the tr*mp administration always knew they would go to war because why else would they want to create “wellness camps” and try to get Americans off their antidepressants and adhd meds? You can’t be drafted into war if you take any sort of psychiatric medication 🤔 just a thought

having a chronic condition really isn’t for the weak. i have to take six supplements daily (bc there isn’t medication for my condition), some of them twice a day, and I’m still in pain
