I think Edwards would very much like to be at Wolves, he just probably doesn't want to be at Wolves right now. And who could blame him?

Yes, but what trust do you have in fosun to do the due diligence? They will sell for the price they want/best price they can get and will have little or no concerns for the intentions or background of whoever might take the reigns.

Assume bellegarde in CM alongside Gomes. Did work at home to villa last year, but certainly unexpected. Could suggest more attacking, especially with Arias included.

Where is this talk?

I get the frustration, but others are struggling too. Everton, Palace, West Ham etc all mentioning that it's just a really slow market. I'm actually quite pleased with the type of player we are clearly looking at. Bigger and stronger than before, young, almost all look like attack minded players.

I imagine because the offer came in for Jota, and if we'd stood in his way?

100% gree. It's related to the timing of his arrival at Wolves. He was intrinsically linked to one of the best periods many Wolves fan has ever witnessed. Nuno era, promotion, top 7 finishes, Europa league. He played with a style many of us loved. A street fighter but with intelligence and skill. 💔

Yes re Cunha. Let's give players who want to be here momentum towards the end of the season...

I like alot. Reminds me of the 74 league cup winners.

Ipswich won their game in hand in the week to go 9 points behind, so it wasn't a true 12 point lead was it.

Also, some European politicians have been questioned about yesterday whilst in public. Macron in Portugal on a visit for example. He had no option but to respond to a question, whereas starmer was not in that position/context.

Do we know the real reason for this? Has something kicked off (which would seem unlike Dawson character) or does Vitor just not like him as a player?

Hooper always books our manager every game because we have the nerve to point out how bad he is.
February 16, 2025 at 2:59 PM
Every game Simon Hooper refs for us he books our players and manager for pointing out how sh#t he is.

Look at the drama you can get from fa cup replays....this wouldn't have happend under today's regulations.

Please, please, please bring back the liquidator.

I know I'm naive, but I find the whole post villa goal celebrations really quite off putting. All the "I love it here" stuff....
February 7, 2025 at 9:46 PM
Fair enough. Like I said, I love him,but there was plenty of moaning when he didn't get the ball exactly where he wanted it (like in the build up to JRB goal) and there was a lot of strolling around. I hope he's truly committed to the end of the season as we need his quality.
February 2, 2025 at 1:19 PM
I'm slightly perplexed at the rave reviews hes getting for his performance yesterday. Don't get me wrong,I love him, but he looked disinterested at best until the last 10 mins last night.
February 2, 2025 at 11:53 AM
You'd had a big week, two games, one in the UCL. You were the ones pushing it the 2nd half, although we could've been 3 up at HT.
February 2, 2025 at 11:33 AM
Very strange performance from Cunha yesterday. To me, look disinterested throughout most of the game. Took his goal incredibly well, so hope I was reading it wrong.

I completely understand the gloom. As much as I want to stay up, it feels almost like delaying the inevitable unless we find new owners that actually want to be here.
January 25, 2025 at 7:52 PM
Why would it take voodoo for the three promoted teams to stay below us? I know we are bad, but its perfectly plausable we finish 17th.

Hallelujah, praise be, thank you.
