Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted in a bit, but I'm currently in Osnabrück! It's been so rewarding not only to see the place where I was born, but to meet my family who still live here.

It's very long overdue, and I'm grateful. 😊

Thank you to everyone at #RVA for coming out to the RVA game Jams opening reception. I had a blast seeing everyone's games, talking to people, and seeing the smiles when folks played our team's game! Sorry I didn't post this yesterday, I stayed late for the after party!

I feel like I should post more in general. This time, I am posting something non music related.

Today I took a trip to Appomattox, to celebrate Lee's surrender of course, and I was able to take these pictures. It was the perfect day to just be outside! I enjoyed not cooking in the sun 😎

I just made a small #gameaudio demo reel of work I have done within the past year. Making this reel was a rewarding experience. It made me reflect on how far I've have come since I started this journey.

Decided that today is the day I'm continuing to back up my movie collection to my plex/jellyfin server. I decided to start with this cinematic masterpiece.

Yesterday I was able to perform the song I made from my previous game jam in front of a live audience! It was so cool to be on stage again, it brought me back to playing avant-garde pieces when I was in college! Thank you so much Richmond Synth Collective for the opportunity! #gameaudio #indiegame

To celebrate the new video time and release of V2 of GuyEngine, I wanted to share my song made with the V1 demo. I made this track before my first game jam because I had doubts on if I still had it in me to make music. I completed this in a day. Looking forward to messing with V2. Incredible plugin.

Spent the day today upgrading the hardware of my 11 year old laptop. I did this because I wanted a cheap way to have a laptop for events, as well as prevent e-waste. This thing runs great now! Dual boot setup with WIN 11 and kubuntu. They both run like a dream 😎

Sorry I went MIA on here, but I spent weeks making a new avatar for VRChat. Here is the finished product! It was such a pain, both Unity and Blender, but I learned a lot. Who knows, it might help in my future game Dev endeavors. If you come across me in game, say hi!

I got some exciting personal #gameaudio news to share here! This past weekend I participated in my first game jam! I was in charge of the sound design for my team, as well as composing the song for the final level. Here is the song I made! I'll write up more about it soon. Stay tuned!

Hey everyone, I'm back from a bit of a hiatus from the holidays and my birthday! I'm now back ready to kick things off to a high gear. My project now is to analyze the acoustics of my room. I got this decibel meter to help with that! (I know it's not the most accurate, but this is a home studio)

Here are my steam replay stats. I actually spent quite a bit of time networking with other folks within VR. You just never know who you will meet in what places. Everyone on VR has been wonderful and I wouldn't trade that for anything.

Most played games by percentage of playtime: VRChat at 26%, Deadlock at 15%, Balatro at 12%, UFO 50 at 7%, and Overwatch 2 at 5% Stats for games played on the steam deck. 6 games, 105 sessions, and 6% of playtime. Percentage by game played on deck: Balatro at 81%, UFO 50 at 11%, Apollo Justice Ace Attorney trilogy at 7%, Bombrush Cyberfunk at less than 1%, as well as Portal for the same percentage as the previous game Spider graph of the game genres I've played the most. The most are hero shooters, MOBA, Roguelike Deckbuilder, and VR. Smaller percentage of categories include Battle Royal and Solitaire

Hey bsky folks! Is there a hashtag to use to tell you what game I'm currently playing? Anyway, I've booted up my WIN 98 machine and am currently playing Shivers 2 : Harvest of Souls. Hopefully O can beat it tonight
