No copyright issues that I am aware of. You own the songs, the publishing, etc. They provide a service and that's that. I've actually had some people (session musicians more than mixing engineers) who preferred to not even be credited (which might say more about my music than anything else).

My best advice for mixing your own album is to get someone else to mix your album. It doesn't have to cost a fortune (some great, early career people are on soundbetter.com trying to build up a portfolio). Nothing is better than waking up to a new mix of your song that has arrived in your inbox.
