Tried to discuss policing in Scotland under SNP/ScotGov on the 'other' platform with him. He failed to impress and defaulted to pejorative name calling. Surprised to get a friend request here from him. As you say, best leave him to simmer in the background.

Excellent conference, recommend watching the presentations. Professor Thiebault Laurentjoye's 'Currency Options for an Independent Wales' should be mandatory for all indy MSP's/ MPs. On independence, Scotland would need its own currency asap.

Hard to disagree given the 'tardy' police response and msm media's (fuelled by WM establishment) attack lines. The Covid enquiry highlighted WM fear of NS's popularity. My biggest disappointment is the lack of indy solidarity in pushing back.
