I have lots of timber and can manage the construction of the buildings myself. The barn will be a pole barn and all I need is sheathing and roofing for it. Clearing the land for some pasture, gardens and building areas has to be done first. I also need to add a couple of dugouts and 2 wells.. 🤓🐰

I need a rich Daddy to help me develop my acreage! I have 10 acres and it's bare land, I need some pasture, a barn/stable and way more garden space. What I need the most is a 16-24 ton excavator, an old junker that will last 200-300 hours or a rental.. 🤔😋💕💖🐰
