If he had discontinued it, then Priestman didn't simply continue drone spying - she restarted it, which is more damning. But if these activities were as ingrained in the program as the reporting suggests, then Heiner-Møller has culpability and should have been/should be included in investigations.

In a word: brazen. He did a lot of good for soccer in this country and elevated both of Canada's senior national teams to new heights, all with his trademark swagger. But that swagger got him into trouble and ultimately led to his downfall. His long-term legacy is still up in the air.

After getting knocked out at this stage of last year's Nations League against Jamaica, I'm looking forward to seeing this team learn from that experience and from their positive Copa America run to secure a comprehensive, professional two-legged win.
