There needs to be a time limit on decisions. Anything that needs to be pored over extensively to that level is so close it should stay with the decision on the field.

VAR has been implemented extremely poorly.

A very normal stance to take, being so passionate about who should be allowed in a club you so desperately want to leave…

Made a fuss out of a complete non-issue and emboldened the loons to demand even more. Much like her disastrous Brexit red lines.

Theresa May’s fault, although not reversing it since I s mad. Students coming to study a Masters programme are not long term migrants. That the current government, given that numbers are going down anyway, have the political opportunity to reverse doing it but aren’t is *insane*.

Is a fairly amazing sentence. Guilty until proven innocent.

@martindbbrown.bsky.social as per our prior discussions on when something becomes history rather than current events. Three years…!

It was over at 0-3, but that was a bizarre game of football.

Obviously going forward it’s a concern but were we actually just really unlucky to some extent? The first goal we should defend better/Targett should get a shot away but it’s massively against the run of play. We dominated again and then they score a freakishly fortunate goal. Third goal is offside.

5-3-2? Looks very solid but creativity has to be a concern... good to see Ayling back.

Personally i'd have gone for Hansen over Burgzorg.
