This is how I learned he's not on our board any more...

Oh well, at least we'll always have his Phantom Zone cube from then.

Did you see Anil's response to the piece you linked?

> Another reality that people were a little more quiet in acknowledging, and sometimes reluctant to engage with out loud, is the reality that hundreds of millions of people are using the major AI tools every day.

My company seems to be committed to full remote and it's the best perk of working there by far. 🤞

It's also interesting how both ends of the spectrum—the remote before and the fully in office before—are converging to a middle position: 3 days in, 2 out.

"Oh really? Who?"

"Umm... well um... you know just a guy..."

I don't know, and I think a lot of my confusion is different systems I use do it differently.

But I honestly don't understand the use case for "wait for the LLM to finish, and then send a message".

I only use that feature accidentally when I think "Oh no I forgot to say something" and hope it interrupts but it doesn't. 🤷‍♂️

Boy, I love negotiating against a firm who knows my actuarial cost and whose BATNA is "forgo $100 in profit" when mine is "die on the street".

Feels very entrepreneurial, like I have all the power.

@erisianrite.com: you're more neuro-ie than me so:

Is the claim down thread that you cannot represent neuronal physiology with linear/matrix algebra linked by statistical weights true?

Seems like maybe true, but feels less so if you allow non-linearities, storage, attention, etc. as in a full LLM.
