I love getting so heavily invested into a comic that my brain mis-catalogues it as a show, so for a brief moment I try to find the tab that has the show I was enjoying only to remember it was a comic and I'm pretty sure I already went past it like three times

So apparently I'm half Millennial, half Gen X, despite being Gen Z. Huh. While I know this is for fun I find it quite interesting how my way and understanding of communicating on the internet has been influenced by generations that came before and after me

This is going to be such a niche post, but why is Cookie Clicker so addictive? How did the dev(s?) come up with such an addictive system? Does it make the part of our brains that like gambling happy? Is it just because bigger numbers = better? One day I will ask a psychologist why it works so well
