When I grow up, I want to be a computer scientist… until then, I write open source code with Red Hat - previously Shopify, Moog Music, Terracotta & others
In today’s episode we’ll give a shot at implementing `Opaque` values in the cel-rust interpreter. Which would then also let us add support for `Optional`… let’s see how far we can get. But fairly confident we’ll cover the former in today’s stream.

Yeah. It got old… to you all. Not to me.
I still enjoy this graphic design… probably just a #rust dad joke by now…. I don’t care ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Thanks @lambdaconf.bsky.social for having me. This was an awesome experience that I know wished I had had sooner.

On my way to the last @lambdaconf.bsky.social ever 😢

Looking forward to it tho!

I still wish to have some form of C/CPP out in @intellijidea.com, but that’s a different beast.

Its been awesome to see the work Andrea and co. been doing with WASM using Chicory. Latest is enabling sqllite to run in raw jvm bytecode and native-image.

"They can’t hear you on mute."

I was on mute publicly for the first twenty years of my career. I can't get that time back. All I can do is share as much as I can going forward. I hope once in a while writing that I share helps someone, somewhere, with something. 🙏
