Here's the modern logic: students don't have watches, only mobile phones, but instructors restrict mobile phone use during exams, thus we project the ticking clock!

Thanks for sharing. I think a MARTA network with higher frequencies and less coverage is sensible given present budget realities. I haven't studied ridership, but the eye test on low-frequency routes around my neighborhood reveals very few riders...
