Rough outline for "The Second" environment.

This is the first environment that has lights other than lasers, so I hacked together support for mesh lights. Also, basic V2 events are not supported yet so elements like the chevron are omitted.

After re-writing my parser, my map viewer now supports way more maps. Including BREAKSH!T by the one and only Timeweaver.

Unfortunately, this is now revealing just how bad my strobing logic is...

I've been working on a #beatsaber map viewer (and hopefully one day, editor) that supports V3/group lighting. Still has a long way to go, but I think I finally have a promising design.
