a couple of months ago i stumbled onto some gorgeous character art and an intensely cool concept for a tarot rpg. asked the creator to meet up with me at gen con so i could play the game and hit it off instantly. and now i'm writing a sicko doomed gothic romance horror fable for the (FUNDED!!) game

i hosted a murder mystery halloween party last night that involved an immersive 30-40 person larp with escape-room-style puzzle elements and social intrigue mechanics. while covered in fake blood and horror sfx. it was one of the best nights of my life

the descent - every time i watch this movie it's like getting a personal trainer to yell at me for three months "you need your arms to look this good while covered in cave blood or else you'll DIE" crimson peak - i became so jealous that i will never limp pitifully down a hallway as gothic in an outfit with sleeves as cunt as possible while dripping with blood that i had to sit down and breathe very slowly until i calmed down weapons - this giant floating gun symbolizes that childless bald old ladies are evil superman - white man on bald white man violence

i think we summoned something during this game because the shots i took during it (which i used diegetically to represent an electric shock and a creepy camera shot) came out looking HAUNTED 🕯️
