And Kou is somebody who was always put down by other people, just waiting for a chance to prove himself, and when he gets his chance, he does, and he never gives up. And I really feel this. I also have been put down often, but I never gave up.

Even the non-Newtype leads fall into this, like Kou Uraki and Shiro Amanda. Both are not "normal" people. Both are unconventional people. Shiro for example is already a traumatised war veteran, just is really good at hiding it. He tries to stay positive, though, and tries to be a good commander.

And French weapons.
December 16, 2025 at 12:27 PM
I mean, going by that, the Russians and Japanese didn't invent much either. Their AT guns and other stuff were also based on bought and captured German weapons.
December 16, 2025 at 12:26 PM
Except it is literally called the 37mm gun M3. This is the cover for the technical manual for the gun. Also, the M3 was developed after studying two German Pak 36 37mm AT guns procured from Rheinmetall.

What the hell?

If you came up with people like this for a story, you would get called out for being unrealistic.

Ukraine created the first of these things years ago. Thats probably still the same vehicle as the one from 2023, because nobody cut up another BMW to make another light MLRS probably.
December 13, 2025 at 8:56 PM
Yeah, what Ireland is doing is not being neutral. It's being a pushover. You need to be able to fight an invader so that you can be neutral.
December 13, 2025 at 11:56 AM
Or Finland.
December 13, 2025 at 11:55 AM
No surprises here.

People were very displeased when Alan Grayson said that in 2009, but he was exactly right.
December 12, 2025 at 2:55 PM
Thing is, Putin just said he fully supports Maduro. So no war with Venezuela. Maybe the invasion of Nigeria is back on the table than.
December 11, 2025 at 10:25 PM
Yeah, if the Ukrainians had more SHORAD to defeat the helicopters and ATACMS missile to hit the Russian helicopter bases beforehand, things could've gone very differently.

The layering and the wet&shiny look are great.

Well, the F-16 with the AN/APG-83 SABR radar is also very capable, and was a massive upgrade over the olders models with the AN/APG-68 radar. And that was only introduced after 2013.

While at the same time, the US also produced a bunch of F-16's, F-15's and F/A-18's.
December 9, 2025 at 7:57 PM
Thats probably because Herbert was a far better writer than Peterson.
December 9, 2025 at 5:46 PM
Honestly, Frank Herbert was somehow more consistent in this than Jordan Peterson.

And this is supported by the Federal Crime Agency (BKA) which does the same job as the FBI, plus the Bundespolizei which supports the state policies.
December 9, 2025 at 5:25 PM
I mean, our entire policing system is different anyway. Not every city, town, county and parish does its own police, but it's all done on the state level. Each of the 16 states has its own state police, that do all the policing (patrol and investigation).
December 9, 2025 at 5:24 PM
Well, it does it's job.
December 9, 2025 at 4:23 PM
Even these small guided missiles that you can fire from a 40mm UBGL are a better solution than this.
December 9, 2025 at 11:35 AM
Thats so evil, holy shit. If things like this don't apply to your life, you probably would never notice how badly people that aren't neurotypical are treated.

The French had 2000 casualties and lost a dozen tanks. Out of the 10 division they deployed in the Saar Offensive.
December 8, 2025 at 10:50 PM
And mind you, this was all before getting into contact with the Siegfried Line.
