Happy Thanksgiving
Our meal this year was pretty light compared to other times but it was the right delicious amount. Also a lot of sides became gluten-free and/or vegan friendly.
I also experimented with pot pies to be the soup but also the stand-in for gravy and rolls. Turned out well!

Finally finished Mermaid Saga (after literal decades). I’m not a horror person at all but it was a fun chilling read. I forgot it was as short as it was at 16 chapters.
Somehow it is about mermaids and immortality and it goes “what if neither of these are romantic and they’re both bad for you”
