España y Portugal sufrieron ayer un apagón masivo. No sabemos todavía qué originó el apagón. Intento explicar lo que sabemos. En la red eléctrica siempre tiene que haber la misma generación eléctrica que demanda. Cuando eso ocurre, la frecuencia de la red está en equilibrio.
