It is a rarely used power of the Lieutenant Governor but has been used in situations similar to this.
There is precedence for it's use. I hope it doesn't have to be used and that Premier Smith will call the inquiry.

My parents go from November to April every year. We definitely need to get away this year, Alberta winters are brutal without a break.

Minister LaGrange received a mandate from Premier Smith. It's in her signed contract. She has failed to deliver on that mandate.
