I couldn't agree more. My two little dogs keep my mood uplifted. And remind me to stay in the moment and to relax. They teach us unconditional love.

I worked for a number of years as a psych nurse for the VA in a variety of locations. This is hideous and will certainly lead to increased deaths. It is often very difficult to encourage people to seek help. Hotlines are a necessity.
