There’s a chunky piece written by a local down here about origins of cr ringed Meds at Newbiggin on the NTBC website. All over Europe, just think that for the Hebs Brit origin must be v likely given post-breeding dispersal direction (thought not out of possibility from further afield).

Increasingly you might expect they’d originate from a British breeding population now over 3K pairs moving NW post-breeding as they do.
