Democrats absolutely fumbled what could have been one of the easiest wins ever, and I blame their pandering to moderate republicans for their lost, but it truly sucks to see such a high rate of hate speech starting right out of the gates

It truly is a luxury for them, but they don’t have to think and worry about family and friends who live in red states and are directly affected by the social changes that will happen to them. They’ve never had to help someone organize a necessary and discreet trip to a blue state.

Red voters in blue states enjoying all that comes with social funding and acting like they’re the only place that matters, voting against policy that would help their children live in the future because they like the red guy’s “economics” (aka they haven’t read into his economic plans)

For example, I don’t think we’ll ever get something in the genre again that’s as blisteringly sincere as Cursive’s Domestica, sure there are moments with bands like The Hotelier, but it never feels as fully fleshed out because the bands might be afraid of being too “real” and turned into a joke

They’re absolutely correct and in some areas I think it’s made a detrimental effect on the type of music that’s being made within certain genres. I’m really into emo music right and while I love all the newer bands in the genre, it’s painfully obvious how irony-pilled everything has to be now.
