Brexit was never solely in the hands of the British government to deliver. Comparisons are of limited use to Irish reunification where the number of parties are smaller in terms of negotiation, and constraints on what is 'up for grabs' when constitution making could be set out in advance. 2/3

The purpose of a schedule 7 stop is to assess whether a person meets the definition in s40 of the Terrorism Act 2000. So I fail to see how who Tommy Robinson is, is improper as to the use of Schedule 7.

I mention this in relation to this story because the vast majority of prosecutions arising out of the Palestine Action protests will be for s13 offences of wearing a uniform or carrying and displaying an article.
