The dogs of the No Kings protest in Atlanta. Despite only being 6-months old, Rahul Bose, sitting in front of the "No kings, No ICE" poster, is a frequent protester, starting with the Tesla Takedown protests earlier this year.

The protest is currently being interrupted by a loud group of about 10 people, one holding a "Don't thread on me" flag. Protesters are following them and trying to drown them out.

I'm counting about, at least, 600 people at the protest, but it could easily be over 1,000. I can only post 60 seconds but the march went for another minute.

I'm all strapped in for Alabama 2025 Legislative Session, which starts today. I'll be covering the Senate, @annabjournalist.bsky.social will be in the House. Excited to start my 5th session (two regular, two special down), though I feel like I'm just starting to scratch the surface of #alpolitics.
