Others have said it, and I have to agree that, it is almost like it was deliberately set up to protect certain corrupt people in parliament, the "defence" industry and the armed forces.

The NACC is a mess, was badly set up and this guy should never have been in charge.

Under fairly rudimentary testing, AIs are found to lie almost incessantly, repeatedly apologising for the last lie before lying again. They do this to an extent that not even a 3 year old human would try.
