Just realized we actually went whale watching two years to the day after I finished chemo. Wild. (My “cancer free” day is a month and a half after that and I finished active treatment three months after that.)

Husband and I literally went whale watching in late August so I’m legitimately perfectly on this time line.
(I have had to get regular full body scans since finishing chemo though, due to how high my recurrence risk is.)
