if i generate a ddl of a object in sqldeveloper 24.3.1 all the statements are without / or ; at the end... is that a feature or a bug or do i have to change s setting?

Is it true that Oracle 23ai is only supportet on ODA DB Systems and not on bare metal or is this a bug in the documentation? Thanks for any feedback🙋
