Update: It tastes great, but it did get stuck in the bundt pan, so instead of a cake, I have a small mountain of cake-like lumps. I will not be taking the mess to Thanksgiving, but Derek and I will have plenty of rum cake at home.

I love a crustless cranberry pie (really, it’s closer to cake territory). It’s one of my favorite holiday recipes, and it’s not one I ever see anyone else make.

I got the recipe from my mom’s best friend when I was a teenager, so it also holds some sentimental value.

People went *feral* during the lockdown.
