I have two. The first is all white, with Quasar graphics and normal matchbox wheels. The second is this one with a weird colourway, that somehow it still pulls off.

It’s at Musée de L’Aventure Peugeot, which I totally recommend visiting.

Five cars you've seen (includes at museums and shows)

1. “Mirage” Transformer Porsche 911 hero car.
2. FAB 1 (both, but the Rolls-Royce is more impressive).
3. The Lincoln in which JFK was shot.
4. The Peugeot 405 T16 Pike’s Peak that Ari Vatanen drove in Climb Dance
5. Peugeot Quasar

Yeah. It’s a brute of a thing. Its front track is particularly wide.

It’s not that little… 🫤

Hmmm... on aggregate, Denmark has a lower cost of living than the UK, and costs for "20 mins from the capital by regular train" and "That's a long way away" aren't so different...
Once my house in Corby has finally sold, another international move is becoming more tempting.

Watching @hubnut.bsky.social’s Ford Ka Mk2 collection vid, and wondering if I should have scrapped one of my black diesel Yaris post ‘Ring trip in 2007.
They might have been slightly cooked and were replaced with EBC Greenstuff (a big deal in 2007) and grooved and dimpled discs.

It’s all boring white German PCP hatchbacks around me, so I’d forgotten how cool it was to see a really unusual street spot. 👍

Behold!

That’s too sulphurous and bright.
Needs to be knocked back a couple of notches to this.

There is nowhere better for a pastel Rolls-Royce than the south of France.

That’s batshit. Here’s the price on the BMW UK site over 4 years. This is including all taxes and registration.

Err, yeah, my degree and then 6 years of work before I was lured away from it by doubling my salary as a business consultant. 😬
I imagine you’ve used something I was involved in designing at least once.

It has arrived!
Beautifully packaged, and with a printed copy of the user manual. ❤️
I’ll try it after lunch.

Wow. Very different here. I’m going to cut my grass shortly.
It’s warmed up to 3C, so it’s positively balmy…

I was always amazed how easily my Scion could swallow stuff. My bike’s barely touching the sides here.

I haz coffee!
(But no grinder thanks to the late arrival of the London trailer due to an accident, I’m told.)

I arrived at my hotel in San Antonio about a decade ago to see this monstrosity parked at the door.
That’s a heck of a cow bar…
November 18, 2025 at 8:37 PM
Umm… not really.
“Flyover” America (away from the coasts) generally has parking spaces at an angle to the street that you drive into and reverse out of.
If you own a truck that size you
Vermillion, South Dakota, is a perfect example.

When my Yaris GRMN was new in 2018, people were all, “£26k? For a Yaris? No way will anyone spend £26k on a Yaris.”
Now that’s middle of the range Yaris money.

If this was London then there would be mass media panic and we’d all know about it. 🙄
November 18, 2025 at 9:47 AM
Well, that’s a bit better.
November 17, 2025 at 7:55 AM
Damn you…

I blame your education system. 🤷‍♂️
