Ok thank you very much Jon. I think technically that is a form of censorship dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/e... ?... but yes I take your point that in this case not broadcasting something potentially libellous is a distinction that I haven't understood @rutgerbregman.com to have made yet.
censorship
1. the action of preventing part or the whole of a book, film, work of art…

Hi Jon, thanks for your post. I'd be grateful if you could share the summary of the message from the book you referenced in relation to the comment being made here please? Does McNae's Essential Law for Journalists suggest journalists should self-censor when confronted by a belligerent party?

... don't know what makes them happy so don't ask what they want but instead ask if they're happy and measure what's changed that correlates with that". Warning though: I might have misunderstood or missed other points.

Breaking it into two separate parts might be easier to then find the separate groups and then perhaps help the groups to help the person with the unique intersection of the two life experiences? "support groups for caregivers of dementia" yields several hits. Wishing them well.

Someone posted the up to date version of this infographic...

... you need people to explicitly respond with something that sounds like agreement "Yes I agree", or a ✅ . And then record that as a screenshot somewhere, perhaps add to the repo / project docs?

3. Keep open the option to revisit the project/agreement as a group

Also you might want to just keep the code & assets private to the Jam team members, or open. But this'll be up to the specific teams to discuss & decide 👍
I'd imagine for these sentences to be actually useful...

I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. Consult a lawyer for that! 🙂

1. Each person keeps the rights to whatever assets they worked on. They can choose what to do with them during & after the jam
2. Keep the jam game free (and not accepting donations)

Also thank you for your investigations and article @gregbarradale.bsky.social And it would be great if you were able to share the raw data that formed your article so that I or someone else could load it into @wikisim.bsky.social for further use 💚

Hey Greg, not expecting you to reply but would be interested to know if I got the maths broadly right: bsky.app/profile/ajp2... Thank you!
Hi Alex, thank you for your insights. I normally get them but I don't understand this one yet. The council avoided any costs for that period of time but they didn't evict the council tenant and then rent it out on the open market. So the difference between the rental rates is irrelevant, yes?

So only opex (operational expenditure) of maintenance and utilities will be relevant in the scenario you proposed? Though there might also be important positive benefits from people being able to own their own homes that we've not included here.
