TIL that Python's urllib.request.Request uses str.capitalize() instead of str.title() to normalize headers. So you get `Content-type` instead of `Content-Type`. And that Request.get_header() does not attempt to normalize, so you have to know that to inspect headers. 😞

Since we compare engineers to their role and level, you really don't want to be a 10X engineer. A 10X engineer is an engineer who's great at engineering, but lacks (or has) whatever quality is holding them back from promotion, where they'd only be a 5X engineer or whatever.
