I agree but it may be better than the terrible screen gazing and control imposed by electronic health records desibned primarily to send bills out and unfit for neurological or psychiatriv purpose

Read the UK Salt Path scandal and neurologists do not diagnose either of these conditions unless you are absolutely certain. Delay in accurate diagnosis is inevitable if you do not want to commit

Wonderful to hear about dopamine again. I havent heard a translational presentation on dopamine at an international Parkinsons disease meeting for 15 years

I disagree with this premise. All properly trained neurologists have always addressed constipation, depression, bladder problems etcetera and long before the marketing gimmick of non motor symptoms.
