I’m far enough along in Metroid Prime 4 now to see what the game is all about, and once again I have to wonder if I’m either taking crazy pills or am just completely out of touch. This game feels flawless.

Liverpool once again killed by set pieces. A stunning lack of press on the ball allowing Leeds to create so many chances. We have a team of too many strikers that haven’t figured out how to play together and no defense.

Ok, look. Sometimes we all do hasty things. But sometimes we also get an X-Wing.

Is anyone playing the new Destiny 2 expansion? The not Star Wars but Star Wars aspect of it seems like it's either really good or really bad, and I can't decide.

Also, do I still have to play a two year old expansion to unlock the "new" subclass?

Uh oh. The housing system in World of Warcraft is very good. This could be a problem.

I sold my Steam Deck OLED to upgrade to the Z1E version of the Go S, and it's fantastic. I was worried I'd miss the OLED screen, but the LED screen on this is very high quality, and the size is fantastic. Worst thing I can say is that the trackpad is practically useless.

During my theater days I'd spend weeks studying a character, building character relastionships, working on technical elemements with the crew, and trying to make something real on stage. After a show someone would always ask, "Wow, was it hard to memorize all those lines?"

That's the easy part.

This is the ideal way to watch college football. An old carpet warehouse, homemade food, a keg of some sort of light beer, and a bunch of crt tvs. #GoBlue
A large group of people gathered for a meal inside an old, cluttered workshop or warehouse. Long folding tables and plastic chairs are set up, with plates of food and drinks in front of guests. The room has exposed beams, mismatched ceiling panels, and industrial fluorescent lights. Shelves along the left wall are stacked with rolled-up carpets, tools, boxes, and miscellaneous materials. Two TVs mounted on the wall display the game. People of various ages—kids, adults, and seniors—sit and stand in small groups, talking and eating.
