I find most interactions challenging; some more than others. Therefore, I may decide to say goodbye to certain folks and that's okay! They might be lovely folks but if I'm having frequent meltdowns as a result of constant challenges, I simply can't maintain that and I need to look after myself. 🦸♀️🏆

I am often misinterpreted and when folks make negative assumptions about me when I have nothing but positive intentions, it hurts very deeply. 🐹

For anyone thinking "People don't possibly do this!" It happens more than you'd realize.
Why this needs to be said EVERY launch cycle is beyond me, but here we are... time to educate!
