Reminds me of the time when my son was in primary school and came home crying saying he won't get invited to one of his friend's birthday party because I'm German. That came from his friend's mum who didn't "look" very British either. So yeah, not just America I'm afraid.

My next books to read. I was always very interested in Buddhism, but didn't know much about it, so the one on the left is apparently a very good introduction. The book on the right is highly recommended as well and particularly very helpful for the grieving, caring and dying.
