The chair of the conservation group I'm in is concerned I'll bring the group into disrepute for protesting some trees being felled by a local (multinational) retail business.

A temporary piece of art. Very much mixed media and a lot of junk! 3' diameter
A large circular frame with small compartments. Each compartment is filled with oddities like clock parts, scissors and small pictures. It looks rusty and industrial with copper piping and tubes. On the left, sitting on a copper pipe is an owl made from a vinyl single record; his feet are forks and his eyes are cogs. PS I know it's a female but Fisher Queen just don't have the same ring 🤣
A kingfisher made from clock parts and other bits of junk. The body is a clock face, the legs are springs and the wings are half cogs cut from cardboard and covered with the clock workings. A fish charm hangs from one wing. The head of the kingfisher is painted and is wearing a crown made from a broken old brooch.
