They hold our anime figures hostage...
It feels super shitty they charged for shipping and then can add on an extra tax thing when if they had just shipped it sooner, it wouldn't be a problem. So stupid and frustrating,

I am worried about a preorder I made a few months back now cause I too paid a pretty penny for it and to get charged on top of it??? Was shipping included in the final price?
