Just want to publicly acknowledge that it’s VERY difficult to manage all that content creation demands of you, by yourself.
As I’ve grown, so has my team. And even if I have ideas or projects, executing it would be impossible without them.

It’s why I quit new things after it’s not immediately successful.
Genuinely unlearning the perfectionism & drilling in your own brain that “failing is learning” is hard.
