Understand the tools you use.
I sat next to a medical professional on a plane yesterday who told me about using ChatGPT to generate some of the recurring text for their medical reports. But they were really surprised to learn that ChatGPT makes up citations, bc they thought it was literally pulling from some kind of database.

This is naive and shows that few people understand how generative image AI works, is made, and how to manage it ethically.
These tools do create some junk information. But, it will just be tossed or flagged during training. Datasets already exist, which can be used to reinforce new datasets.
