Yes, zines have become frustrating for me. My second-to-last one was canceled due to so much hate, even though it had over 1,000 followers.

And the other one sold so poorly that we didn't get our own zine.

Every applicant is a potential buyer! Applicants shouldn't be treated disrespectfully. I didn't buy a zine on principle bc I didn't like the fact that they weren't honest about the no of slots, but had already distributed them to guests only the highest-ranking creators were chosen to fill the gaps.

I imagine this might only happen after you've been inactive with your account for a while. But bots are everywhere these days. I don't think you're truly safe on any site.
