To say that he, a republican who has been doing this for a long time stayed in the race to help Mamdani, a democratic socialist who he would have profound disagreements on policy with, against Cuomo is lunacy though. To say that Cuomo would have won while Mamdani has >50% of the vote is bad math.

He founded a vigilante group called The Guardian Angels to combat crime in the late 70s. He's a rightwing crank who can be accused of many things, but he cant really be accused of not caring about his city.

Everything that person said after "weird and sordid past" is incorrect and their feed is full of bigotry and conspiracy theories.

Peruvian-Style Grilled Chicken With Green Sauce Recipe
Our tender Peruvian-style grilled chicken is slow-cooked with a vinegar and spice rub. But it's the sauce that everyone loves, and it's easy to make with cilantro, jalapeños, and ají amarillo peppers.

Transit is super easy and all the systems have English options on there. The hardest part is if you have to switch between systems, so pay attention to that when planning your routes. Make sure you get the rechargeable subway card at the airport

If you're interested in Kamakura I can recommend a nice day of various shrines and temples to walk to, the giant Buddha at Kotoku-In being the biggest draw

Is there any chance if we had chosen any of the original works in the Zoop campaign of getting that shipped early to avoid this as well?

I was sad to learn that the streetside yakitori of my youth seems to have been regulated out but delighted to find a place that scratched the itch at ¥100/stick on my recent trip to Japan

We just went a couple weeks ago and loved it, so it immediately came to mind despite, as you said, being subway focused. Figured their digital collections might be more extensive though
